Meet Your Coach Olga Holte

I am a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Stress & Weight Management Specialist, Reiki Master, Feng Shui, NLP, EFT Practitioner, Tai Chi & Brain Health Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist.

Many years ago, I was certified as a nurse-in-reserve.  Since then, I have always been fascinated with the self-healing abilities of our bodies and ancient techniques for optimal wellness.  I use the 5 Elements Theory to understand the individual uniqueness of my client's body/mind/spirit that helps me design custom nutrition plans, personalized exercise routines, and even make environment adjustments to create a truly healing and rejuvenating home.  Also, I apply modern technology and scientific research to refine the customization process by adding the wellness blood test and individual metabolic analysis.  

I am certified, insured, and use the latest science-backed training practices to help you reduce the effect of deteriorating health as you age.
