We design precise personal exercise plans based on your situation, goals, and health ailments if you have them.
We start with a simple assessment of your mobility, balance, gait speed, and grip power.
We can include a metabolic testing device PNOE, which helps us to evaluate the state of your cardiovascular, breathing, and muscular systems.
This test takes only about 15 minutes and it can be done on a stationary bike, treadmill, or rowing machine. The data collected by the PNOE let us create a highly customized and efficient personal fitness protocol focusing on the weakest area. In 6 -8 weeks we will retest and shift the focus as needed.
Your fitness plan will include a description of exercises, the number of reps and sets, resting intervals, speed, and maximum heart rate. It will be challenging but tailored to your body condition.
You can use our exercise app myPThub, where you can follow the videos, keep track of your activities and stay connected with your coach.
We can exercise together in your home, outside at the park or at the gym.
Some days you will exercise with your coach to make sure you do it right, other days you will do it and submit your progress to the coach.
Your coach can help you to design your home gym and guide you on the exercise equipment. The most important equipment you will need is a set of resistance bands, which are inexpensive and do not take up a lot of space.
A resting PNOE test will give us your precise macronutrient balance data. We will know exactly how many calories, proteins, fats your body requires to be healthy.
We will design your perfect meal plan by using these numbers, considering your food preferences and the elemental energy of your body (water, wood, fire, earth, or metal).
No more boring diets that didn't work!
Your meal plan includes delicious recipes and a shopping list.
Your coach will guide you to gradually adjust your current diet to make it more beneficial for your health. If you wish to expand your cooking skills in the preparation of healthy meals, your coach can help you.
