In the Healthy Lifestyle Program, we work with the whole person and getting to the root of one’s problems on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. This holistic approach lets us focus on all aspects of your life, honoring the harmonious relationship between mind, body, and soul.
We identify your goals, discover and develop personal strengths, achieve personal growth, eliminate self-limiting beliefs, and create positive changes. As a result, you will have a happy life.
A lot of your daily behavior is composed of habits.
We use the science behind habit creation. You will know how habits are structured and how to leverage that structure to your advantage. We will use the Habit Loop. We find an ideal trigger that is specific to your existing daily routine. We plan for the gradual formation of new healthy habits by moving with small steps. We identify the perfect reward unique to your brain.
You will be amazed by how learning the “habit of creating habits” will train your will-power which leads to purposeful progress in all areas of your life.
Being active has been shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally.
Certainly, you know that regular exercise is good for you. But you are busy, you have a sedentary job, and you do not have exercise habits. The good news is that it's never too late to start. You can start very slowly and increase your exercise routine gradually. We will find ways to bring enjoyable physical activity into your life. Exercise is crucial to supporting fast metabolism and burning more calories per day. It also helps you maintain your muscle mass and weight loss. You will feel better, and likely even live longer.

This is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you improve your eating habits in ways that fit your life. We have to eat to survive. Right? But you probably know that so many people make the wrong food choices in their everyday life. Their unhealthy habits put them at risk of survival by developing major diseases such as cancer, heart diseases, and diabetes. Possibly, you are making those choices sometimes also. This program is about learning strategies for new ways of living, making healthy eating and good health last a lifetime.

With 5 Elements Theory, you will clearly know what clothing is right for you. It will be easier to organize your closet by letting go of useless stuff.
With the 5 Elements Theory, shopping will be easy for you since you will see right away the pieces of clothing that are right for you.
Also, your existing clothing can tell us about you and your energy. You will rediscover the authentic self that will help you understand your strengths and weaknesses.
The process of discovering your energy is not only highly entertaining but also extremely practical in many ways. It can help better understand yourself and others. It can help to choose a career, develop skills and habits, and improve relationships.
The first step: find out who you are? Water, wood, fire, earth, or metal. You will learn how to identify these energies in clothing and lining them up with your own energy. By defining your authentic energy and strengthening it with the right energy of your clothes, you will give yourself the power to achieve any goal.
The second step: who do you want to be? In what way do you want to change your personality? It is a gentle help to step out of your comfort zone. Water energy can give you more authority (black suit), wood more physical energy ( stretchy sportswear), fire makes you look sexy (red dress), earth energy can give you comfort and protection.
Money is an essential segment of your support system.

There isn't a magic trick; however, there are several steps to improve the management of your finances. As a former financial advisor and certified financial educator, I can help you to organize your financial system.

Designing Powerful Habits
There are four equally-important parts of your Self-Care System: Nutrition, Rest, Physical Activities, and Mental Health. It's possible that you're already taking excellent care of yourself in all four areas.
Kudos for you! Now you can briefly examine your daily routine with the system and see if you would like to make some improvements.
However, the majority of us do not follow the right path, even with a good knowledge of what is beneficial to our body. Why? Lack of time, procrastination, and weakness of the will... nevertheless, let's not feel regretful but go straight to work! Your Self-Care System will help you to generate those healthy habits that improve your health, increase your energy level, and make you feel happier.
You can research on your own, or you can ask your doctor, nutritionist, personal trainer, or yoga instructor. As a result, you should have answers to these questions:
Am I eating healthy?
How many calories per day do I need?
How many glasses of water should I drink?
Do I have the right balance of proteins, carbs, and fats?
Am I getting good quality nightly sleep?
Is my energy level sufficient to carry on my daily work?
What health issues do I have? Can I fight these issues with a specific diet, exercise, or meditation?
Can I improve my body/face look with a self-massage?
What is my stress level?
Can I handle my emotions well?
Let's create a 3 columns table to analyze our findings. Write down all the issues you find in the first column. Write the solutions that can improve your problems in the second column. The third column is for the time frame you need to do the actions and time of the day. Often different issues demand similar treatments. For example, taking a long walk will help you lose weight, low blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce stress, increase overall well-being.
The next step is to create morning, daily, and evening routines and incorporate them into your schedule.
The Bullet Journaling is an excellent system to organize all your efforts on this matter. This journal will keep everything in one place: your questions, results of your research, table of actions, your schedule, and your tracker.
